Good to Know
Answers Before You Ask
Clear, honest answers to the questions we hear from parents every week.
How does the free counselling / assessment work?
It's genuinely free and comes with no obligation to enrol. Before recommending any programme, we sit with you and your child to understand where they stand subject by subject, discuss goals, and set an honest target. You leave with a clear plan, and decide in your own time whether to join.
Is coaching one-to-one or small batch, and how are batches sized?
Both options are available and we recommend whichever suits the student and subject best. Batches are kept deliberately small (we work to roughly a 1:10 student-to-teacher ratio), so every child is known, heard and guided personally rather than lost in a crowd.
How is a teacher matched to a student's board and subject?
We match a subject specialist to the exact board and subject, not whoever happens to be free. A teacher handling IB Diploma Physics knows that syllabus and its marking scheme inside out, and the same care applies across ICSE, IGCSE and Olympiad preparation.
What do fees look like, and how are they paid?
Fees depend on the programme, the number of subjects, and whether coaching is one-to-one or small batch. They're shared transparently during your free counselling session (usually payable monthly, per term or per package), with no hidden charges. Accepted payment modes are confirmed at enrolment.
What is the policy if a class is rescheduled or missed?
If a class needs to be rescheduled, let us know in advance and we'll arrange a make-up session wherever possible, subject to teacher availability. Sessions missed without notice may not be eligible for a make-up. Full details are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
How often do parents get progress updates?
Regularly: after every assessment, not just at the end of term. You'll hear where the grade stands now and exactly what we're doing next to improve it, through report cards, parent interactions and quick informal check-ins.
Do you teach online, in person, or both?
Primarily in person at our Mulund West centre, where small batches and personal attention work best. We can also arrange online sessions where it genuinely suits the student, for example during travel or for a specialised subject.
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
Once a term or package begins, cancellation and refund terms apply as agreed at enrolment. Where refunds apply, they're calculated on the unused portion of a package, less sessions already delivered. Please read the full Terms & Conditions before enrolling.
Still have questions?
We're happy to talk it through. Call us or book a free counselling session and we'll answer everything in person.
