1Fees & Payment

Fees are set according to the programme, the subjects chosen, and whether coaching is one-to-one or small batch. They are shared transparently and agreed directly with the parent or guardian before coaching begins.

Fees may be structured monthly, per term, or per package, and fall due as agreed at the point of enrolment. Accepted payment modes are confirmed at that time. Fees are for tuition and do not include external examination, registration, or competition entry charges levied by boards or exam bodies.

2Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Once a term or package has started, cancellation and refund terms apply as set out at enrolment. Requests to reschedule sessions should be made with reasonable advance notice so that arrangements can be adjusted.

Where a refund applies, it is calculated on the unused portion of a package, less any sessions already delivered and any non-refundable registration component. Refunds are not offered for sessions missed without notice.

3Attendance & Make-up Classes

Regular attendance and punctuality help students get the most from small-batch coaching. If a student is going to miss a scheduled class, we ask that the centre is informed in advance.

Make-up classes are offered wherever reasonably possible, subject to teacher availability. Sessions missed without prior notice may not be eligible for a make-up.

4Study Materials

Notes, worksheets, and any study materials provided are for the enrolled student's personal learning use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed to any third party without written permission.

5Conduct

We expect respectful, cooperative behaviour from students and teachers alike, and a shared commitment to a positive learning environment. The centre may address conduct that disrupts learning or affects the experience of other students.

6Liability & Results

The centre's responsibility is limited to the coaching and guidance it provides. While we work rigorously toward every student's target, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific board, examination, or competition result, as outcomes also depend on a student's own effort and factors outside our control.

7Data & Privacy

Student and parent contact details and progress records are stored securely and used only to run the centre and to communicate with families about coaching. They are not sold, and are not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

8Photography & Testimonial Consent

We will seek explicit consent before using a student's name, photograph, or result in any marketing, including this website, printed material, or social media. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for future use.

9Right to Update These Terms

The centre may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the current one, and material changes will be communicated to enrolled families. The centre also reserves the right to decline or discontinue coaching a particular student where appropriate.
